The Career Guidance and Placement Cell

Objectives of the Career Guidance and Placement Cell.

To provide systematic career guidance and counselling to students so that they can make informed decisions about higher education, competitive exams and employment opportunities.
To organise regular training programmes, workshops and skill-development sessions to enhance students’ employability, communication skills and overall professionalism.
To conduct campus recruitment drives, campus interviews and job melas in collaboration with industry and training partners, creating direct pathways to employment.
To effectively utilise the MoU with Deshpande Skilling for delivering industry-oriented, job-ready training programmes, especially benefiting students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds.
To facilitate internships, project-based learning and exposure visits that bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace requirements.
To build and maintain linkages with companies, NGOs and skill-development organisations for sustained placement support and career-oriented initiatives.
To track and document student progression and placement outcomes, using the data to continuously improve training and guidance activities of the Cell.

A full pledged placement cell is functioning in our Academy/college with a full-time placement officer appointed by the Board of Management.
