ROVERS AND RANGERS
It functions as a unit of The Bharath Scouts and Guides, serving as a voluntary, non-political educational movement for youth. Open to all regardless of origin, race, or creed, it follows the principles and methods established by Lord Baden Powell in 1907. Rovering and Rangering engage boys and girls aged 16 to 25, guided by the twin ideals of Service and Adventure. Core activities include training in knots, first aid, Gandhi Jayanti celebrations, band services for Independence and Republic Day, annual sports meets, awareness programmes, drug bank initiatives, and blood donation camps.
